We do not accept any material which shows persons under 18 years old or images of persons who appear to be younger than 18 years old. We have the right to not accept, drop, remove or disqualify your submission(s) without any further explanation. We also do not accept inappropriate, disturbing or illegal material. You acknowledge and agree that any material, including but not limited to questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, potential game terms, plans, notes, drawings, photographs, original or creative materials or other information, provided by you in the form of e-mail or other submissions to PFF Entertainment, LLC, or postings on this Website, are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of PFF Entertainment, LLC. We will own exclusive rights to your submission(s), including all intellectual property rights, and we will be entitled to the unrestricted use of these materials for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. The submission of any materials to PFF Entertainment, LLC, including the posting of materials to any forum or interactive area, irrevocably waives any and all legal and moral rights in such materials.
